U.S.G.A. Rules govern play.

Hole #7 - If first shot lands in water, drop across water, hitting 3rd shot.

After 7 strokes pick up and move to next hole.

Keep carts on path.

Please repair divots and ball marks.

Please allow faster players to play through.

Please do not pick up range balls.

Course Policies

Registration

All players must sign-in at the Pro Shop Counter prior to play. Shirt and shoes are required. Soft spikes or tennis shoes are enforced. Metal spikes are prohibited.

Food and Beverage

Only food and beverages purchased at our snack bar may be taken onto the course.

USGA Rules and Local rules apply.

Speed of Play

An acceptable 9-hole pace of 1 hour and 25 minutes is the goal of all golfers at Cozy Acres Golf Complex. The professional staff at Cozy Acres Golf Complex will handle any and all issues with other customers. Please communicate with staff.

Golf Carts

  • Carts are available to licensed drivers only.
  • DAILY POLICY REQUIRES ALL CARTS TO REMAIN ON CART PATHS AT ALL TIMES.
  • Golfers who rent carts are responsible for any and all damage to their cart.
  • Only two riders per cart are allowed.
  • Pull carts are not permitted on riding carts.

Etiquette

  • Fix your divots at all times.
  • Be courteous of other golfers.
  • Please refrain from foul language. This is a family-oriented golf complex.
  • Report any problems to staff. It is the staff's responsibility to resolve any issues.

Rain Checks

Rain checks will be distributed when the course is deemed unplayable and is closed.
