Junior golf Development
The goal of the Cozy Acres Junior Golf program is to provide an opportunity for children ages 5 through 18 to develop their golf expertise, competition skills, and relationships with their peers. And spending time outdoors walking our rolling hills is also healthy exercise!
Our staff knows how important great attitude, good skills development and lots of fun are for our junior golfers. We support local schools' teams, host junior tournaments, provide junior golf clinics and camps, and encourage younger golfers to play our course. The Cozy Acres Pro Shop also has a wide variety of kids' clubs available. And, of course, there's always Putt-Putt Golf!

Lessons and Leagues for Juniors
We offer a variety of clinics and camps for younger golfers. See descriptions on our Clinics page or check the Calendar for this month's offering. Juniors can practice all they've learned by participating in a Junior League or Junior High League this year!
Our golf instructors also offer private lessons for school age golfers. Call the Pro Shop at 812-273-3137 for more information or to sign up for lessons and clinics.

Junior Golf Tournaments
These tournaments for kids grades 3 through 8 allow young golfers to compare their skill level to peers their own age. This promotes and encourages competition.
One key factor of these organized tournaments is that the young golfers play without parents talking with them during their round of golf. Parents are not allowed to speak to their junior during the tournament, unless it's "Do you need a drink?" Competition without parental influence allows the junior golfer to make decisions, learn the game and play the way they want to.
Remember, golf is a game!
Aquafina Prep Tour (Juniors)
Super opportunity for juniors to see how they stack up to other young golfers from the state of Indiana.
